Let's just Throw the Constitution Away

On Fox News' website there was an article in the politics section called Obama's Push for Copenhagen Deal Could Violate Constitution, Critics Say. It's about how President Obama may sign an agreement at the Copenhagen Climate Summit without the consent or officialism of the U.S. Congress. Many critics are against this because it would mean that Obama would be able to sign something that the U.S. would have to follow but didn't actually get a chance to vote for through their state representatives in Congress.
Obama, who is even told by democrats with similar views not to do this, might go through the EPA and not Congress to sign a treaty to bind the U.S. to a cap of CO² emissions. But, as the Republican House Speaker states, "President Obama cannot bind the American people to job killing international agreements on climate change without the advice and consent of the United States Senate..." He says this because the U.S. has checks and balances in our Republican system of government that makes it so that one branch of the government, such as the Exacutive Branch, cannot just go off signing a bill. Which would make it law, but they cannot because he needs the consent of the people, which is given through state representatives in Congress.
Our Executive Branch going through something else besides Congress to sign something is a complete and utter violation of my rights, and more importantly our rights. The Constitution was created by some very amazing people, some very Godly people. God would not have let it be created and followed so closely by believers in him if He didn't believe in its truth. Don't get me wrong, the Bible is the truth but I believe that the Constitution was sent forth by The most high one, through people that God chose and to break it and cut corners is wrong, and against you as an American and a human.
To explain this article to someone would be me saying to you that the President of the United States is breaking the country's founding backbone, the Constitution and Declaration of Independence, just to sign something that has been proven to be wrong and falsified over and over again.
"I do solemnly swear that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."
The best of our President's ability would be to not sign that treaty.

Stay tuned for my next post coming about the fall through in Copenhagen...

Let's discuss global warming while drowning the polar bears even further.

On Fox News' website there was a story about the ever so present Copenhagen Climate Summit in Copenhagen, Denmark. The story goes on to talk about how thousands of world leaders and VIPs have flooded to Copenhagen to "learn" about climate change and be presented on the world stage. The story also reveals that the people who have gone to the summit are actually hurting the environment more than they are helping it.
It took 140 private jets and 1,200 hired limousines to get the 30,000 or so environmentalist activists to Copenhagen. All of these hired vehicles and private jets equate to a small country like Switzerland's emissions of CO² in 2003. It reads that these people state that they went to this summit to learn how to further stop the emissions of CO² from their countries and their followers. They haven't helped stop CO² emissions by doing what they have done. Instead they have helped CO² become even more abundant in the atmosphere because they have, in-turn, done what they say should not be done, which is fly privately somewhere, and drive vehicles that are high CO² polluting vehicles. The story goes on to say that at Copenhagen they have tried to offset their carbon footprints by using energy efficient light-bulbs, powering them with a giant wind turbine, and offering guests recycled materials instead of wasteful water bottles.
Al Gore has been quoted to have said that even if you recycled everything you use and started using energy efficient bulbs that you still would not offset your carbon footprint if you are driving a gas guzzling vehicle. So them recycling everything that they use in Copenhagen would not even come near to them offsetting their carbon footprints that they have done in just one day of flying and driving around in private vehicles.
Explaining this article to you is easy. It is about a bunch of people who think that human life on earth is going to come to an abrupt end because there is too much CO² in the air. But, the reality is that all of these people have hypocritically down everything and anything they could to pollute the earth even more. I could also explain that there is this thing called the internet that has different things like Blogspot.com and Skype™ that anyone can use to talk to anyone in the world immediately. If these people really did care about what they are preaching then they would not waste an estimated amount of $215 million in total and they would maybe have put out a hundred tons of CO² emissions instead of 41,000 tons.
